ASAHI/AMERICA INC. — The corrosion-resistant thermoplastic fluid flow equipment provider in Lawrence, Mass., named Steve Landry district sales manager and Matt Robison industrial piping product manager.

BARENTZ NORTH AMERICA — The distributor of life science ingredients and specialty chemicals in Avon, Ohio, named Gordon Overs operations manager for its CASE & Plastics divisions.

BYFUSION GLOBAL INC. — The maker of ByBlock, a repurposed-from-plastic-waste material in Los Angeles, named Vaughan Stanford chief revenue officer. Stanford was previously vice president of business development at Yeti.

CARBIOS — The green chemistry company using enzyme-based technology to recycle PET plastic in Clermont-Ferrand, France, named Martine Brisset senior vice president for its biodegradation division.

CHROMA COLOR CORP. — The color concentrates maker in McHenry, Ill., named Joe Herres vice president of sales and marketing.

COVERIS MANAGEMENT GMBH — The flexible packaging company in Vienna named Christian Kolarik CEO, succeeding Jakob Mosser, who will become executive chairman. Igor Arbanas succeeds Kolarik as the head of its flexible packaging unit.

CURBELL PLASTICS — The distributor of sheet, rod, tube, adhesives and sealants in Orchard Park, N.Y., named Michael Cranston business manager III and Eric Hensley business manager.

EUROPEAN BIOPLASTICS E.V. — The trade association in Berlin named Roberto Ferrigno head of European Union affairs.

EXCEL COMPOSITES PLC — The manufacturer of pultruded and pull-wound composites in Vantaa, Finland, named Pauliina Holma product business owner for its line of frangible composites.

FORMOSA PLASTICS CORP. USA — The resins and petrochemicals supplier in Livingston, N.J., named Mike Rivet executive director and site manager for its Point Comfort, Texas, facility, succeeding Rick Crabtree, who is retiring.

FRIMO GROUP GMBH — The equipment and tooling maker in Lotte, Germany, named Paulo Cruz Pinto and Siegfried Köhler co-CEOs.

GLENROY INC. — The flexible packaging company in Menomonee Falls, Wis., named David Corsaut CEO and president.

HERRMANN ULTRASCHALLTECHNIK GMBH & CO. KG — The ultrasonic welding equipment maker in Karlsbad, Germany, named Thomas Bernard chief digital officer.

NOVOLEX — The packaging and foodservice products maker in Hartsville, S.C., named Daniel Rikard general counsel.

ORBIS CORP. — The bulk container maker in Oconomowoc, Wis., named Norm Kukuk president, effective March 31, succeeding Bill Ash, who is retiring.

PALMER HOLLAND INC. — The specialty chemical and ingredient distributor in North Olmsted, Ohio, named Palmer Holland CEO.

PERSTORP HOLDING AB — The specialty materials supplier in Malmö, Sweden, named Ib Jensen CEO, succeeding Jan Secher, who is stepping down.
